Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it with your receipt for different item(s), or store credit within 14 days of purchase, if the item(s) have not been worn.
If shopping online, you may exchange the items within 30 days of purchase. Please message us at team@chucorelic.com or text (915)226-3394 with the items you wish to exchange, we will send the exchange once we have received the returned item(s), and you will have to pay an exchange shipping fee of $3. 
We don’t accept returns.

Q: Can items be shipped?
Yes, we offer nationwide shipping for $5.

Q: I paid for shipping but I changed my mind, I want to pick up my item in-store! 
A: No problem, send us a text message to 915-226-3394 and we may refund your shipping fee, it may take 1-3 business days to adjust the order processing from shipping to pick up at your location of choice. 

Q: Item shows indefinite "in transit" at USPS/was never delivered?
A: We ask that you give us 14 days to file a claim with USPS to research the whereabouts of your package. If we are unable to find an answer after the 14 days, we'll gladly refund your items.

Q: Do you make custom shirts?
A: Please refer to our About > Custom Printing page, and fill out the form so we may best assist you!

Q: How often do you come up with new designs?
We introduce new designs into the store through seasonal collections, join our newsletter to get first dibs and discounts on them!
